Precise Medical has been supplying high-quality medical supplies since 1991.
They supply a range of products from cannulas and needles to specialist equipment for plastic surgery and stem cell harvesting.

Precise Medical needed online growth using a limited budget

Originally starting as an offline company Precise Medical had an impressive amount of existing B2B relationships. They were however looking to grow their online business to diversify their income sources. Precise medical engaged Australian Digital to build a digital strategy. Upon auditing the analytics setup Australian Digital found that the account was setup to track sales in USD although transactions occurred in AUD, meaning all the data that was being used to make online business decisions was inaccurate.

1. We audited the existing analytics setup

Through looking at the customers journey onsite and correlating the moments that mattered in that journey with our analytics tracking we were able to see how our required measurement framework differed from the required measurement framework.

2. We implemented the new analytics setup

We rolled out the new measurement framework and updated transaction data to show in AUD as opposed to misreporting in USD. This updated data gave us an accurate view of consumer behaviour onsite and ensured that our new digital strategy attributed spend to the most effective channels.

3. Ongoing optimisation for online growth

The new data gave us benchmark performance stats to build an optimised digital strategy upon. Using this data we started to test and measure onsite changes to each of the moments that mattered. The goal being to increase marketing spend ROI and fuel online growth. The increasing ROI then meant we could invest more into digital as it started to show a stronger ROI than other offline marketing channels.
